Land Fitness / Group Exercise classes are offered continuously throughout the year with only a break for Christmas/New Year holiday.

Each session runs 13 weeks long, unless stated otherwise.

Morning Flow Yoga


This 45-minute gentle vinyasa yoga class is geared for all levels. Class will focus on functional movement, proper alignment, and connection with body and breath. Bringing own mat is highly recommended.

Body Fit


Come enjoy a variety of workout styles that combine cardio, step circuits, low-impact weight training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), barre, and more. Each session uses a variety of equipment, begins with a warmup and ends with a cool down.  Join a supportive group that will cheer you on toward your fitness goals.

Adult Stretch


This class will move your entire body through a series of seated and standing poses to safely perform a variety of exercises. By focusing on all major muscle groups, participants will gain increased flexibility, balance and range of motion.  Sedentary and active individuals of all skill levels are welcome as the instructor encourages the class to work through the various exercises.

Silver Sneakers Yoga


     The Christian County YMCA is a proud participant of the Silver Sneaker Program! This comprehensive fitness program addresses the needs of Medicare (65+) population. Silver Sneaker is a fitness program for seniors that’s included with many Medicare Advantage plans.  Silver Sneakers helps millions of people on Medicare defy the odds and shatter stereotypes.

     This class moves the body through a series of standing and seated poses increasing core strength in order to perform a variety of postures, increase flexibility, improve balance & increase range of motion. This class welcomes all skill levels! Breathing exercises will also be introduced to promote relaxation and mental clarity.
