First Annual ‘Turkey Burn’ Workout
Is your Thanksgiving turkey in better shape than you? If so, join us for the first annual Turkey Burn! This group workout class will consist of 20 minutes from 5 different classes; WERQ, Step, BodyPump, WERQ + BodyFlow, in that order. The workout will be a total of an hour and 40 minutes, with 10 minutes of stretches at the end!
When: Friday, November 23rd, 2018
Where: Mezzanine at The Y
Time: 8:30 am – 10:20 am
Price: This class is free for members, $5 for non-members.
Sarah: WERQ instructor, 8:30 am – 8:50 am; Low impact.
Shelley: Cardio instructor, 8:50 am – 9:10 am; Step.
Molly: BodyPump instructor, 9:10 am – 9:30 am; Lower body.
Michelle: WERQ instructor, 9:30 am – 9:50 am; Cardio dance.
Amy: Bodyflow instructor, 9:50 am – 10:10 am; Tai Chi, Yoga, + Pilates.
Members + non-members are welcome to come and leave as they please.
