Parents must be in the YMCA facility while their children are in the nursery.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #20bdbe;\">Hours\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Monday &#8211; Friday: 8:45 a.m. &#8211; 11:00 a.m.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Monday &#8211; Thursday:\u00a0 5:00-7:30 p.m.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Closed Saturday and Sunday<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Nursery Policies<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The YMCA is a membership organization.\u00a0\u00a0 Our mission is to serve our members of all ages.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The nursery is for children 6 months of age &#8211; seven years of age. Children above the age of seven must have the approval of the nursery staff to stay in the room.\u00a0 If they misbehave, they will be asked to leave the nursery.<\/li>\n<li>All children using the nursery in the morning and evening must be current YMCA members. If not, a $4 per hour fee will be assessed per child per hour.<\/li>\n<li>All children using the nursery must have their legal parent or guardian in the YMCA facility. Under no circumstances can the parent leave the facility and leave their children in the nursery.<\/li>\n<li>Parents or guardian must sign children in and out in the Nursery Attendance Book. No child will be allowed to leave until the parent or guardian, who signed them in signs them out.<\/li>\n<li>All children should be in good health, nothing contagious \u2013 colds, fever, rash, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Parents are to provide snacks and drinks for their children. The YMCA will not provide snacks or drinks.<\/li>\n<li>Parents are encouraged to change their child\u2019s diaper before they leave the nursery. Staff are not responsible for changing diapers.<\/li>\n<li>Parents are required to bring their own diapers and wipes. The YMCA will not provide diapers or wipes.<\/li>\n<li>Children who cry for more than 15 minutes and are extremely upset, the parents will be asked to remove their child from the nursery. Please feel free to try another day.<\/li>\n<li>Parents are not allowed to bring ill children into the nursery.<\/li>\n<li>The only form of discipline in the nursery is time out.<\/li>\n<li>It is recommended that parents do not bring in personal toys. The YMCA is not responsible for toys that get broken when brought in.<\/li>\n<li>Hours for the nursery vary during the different seasons.
