Parties are reserved for 10 children. Rental includes 90 minutes of pool or gym usage (not private rental). For the final 30 minutes of the party, attendees will gather in the concession area. A <strong>$50.00 <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">non-refundable <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">down payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date. A credit card must also be on file for the<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">birthday party even if the method of payment is cash.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #20bdbe;\">Birthday Party Packages<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #01a490;\">Pool Party <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Have a splashing good time in our Aquatic Center! Your group can enjoy the Interactive Play Area (for ages 7 and under), the Big Blue 104 ft. Water Slide, and the Lazy River. Pool time will be followed by a 30-minute room reservation for presents and refreshments.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #01a490;\">Gym Party\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Celebrate in our gymnasium, featuring 4 basketball courts with adjustable hoop heights, volleyball, and pickleball. Enjoy 90 minutes of gym time followed by a 30-minute room reservation for presents and refreshments.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #20bdbe;\">Birthday Party Pricing<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Members: $100.00 for 10 children; $6 for each additional child (up to 20 children)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non-member: $175.00 for 10 children; $8 for each additional child (up to 20 children)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A mandatory $25 cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the total cost.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Rules:\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong><strong>As of September 29, 2025, all parties must be booked in person.\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Person booking the party must be a Christian County YMCA member to get the member price. Members can only book parties for family members. They are responsible for gathering everyone in the viewing area and going into the Aquatic Center as a group.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>You may bring cake, cupcakes, treats and drinks for the party ONLY.<\/strong>\u00a0 <strong>Please NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD<\/strong>. Please note that electrical outlets and refrigeration are not available.\u00a0 Party can be enjoyed during the designated 30-minute time slot in the concession area.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treat bags are permitted but must be dispersed at the end of the party. Latex balloons are welcome, but we ask to please refrain from using glitter, silly string, or confetti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Person booking the party is responsible for getting everyone to the concession area on time. Party must exit the area at the end of their concession time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">This is not a private rental; other groups may be using the facility during your visit.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For children under the age of <strong>8<\/strong>, there must be <strong>one adult present <\/strong><\/span><strong><i>in the water<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> for every 4 children in this age range<\/strong>. Children under the age of <strong>5<\/strong> must be within arm&#8217;s reach of an adult at all times.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Everyone entering the pool must wear a lined swimsuit. Rash guard, surf, and water shirts are acceptable but all regular cotton t-shirts must be white.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>ONLY Coast Guard approved life jackets are acceptable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Children with life jackets are not allowed down our big slide.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Inflatables and inflatable water-wings are not allowed.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Children 6 years old and younger are not allowed in the hot tub, steam room, or dry sauna. Children must be\u00a0<\/span><b>16<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> years old to use these adult facilities without supervision.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to ride the Big Blue slide, one must be taller than 42\u2033. Catching children at the bottom of the slide is prohibited.\u00a0 Children must be able to exit plunge area independently.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our interactive area is designed for children under <strong>7<\/strong> years old. Larger children may be asked to leave the area if they become disruptive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <strong>$50.00 non-refundable<\/strong> down payment <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is due upon booking the party to secure your date. Your group can enjoy up to three hours of <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">swimming, basketball, volleyball, XBox Kinect, ping-pong and air hockey fun.<\/span> If party is not scheduled during Family Swim Time, the water features can be requested for an additional fee. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">A $30 non-refundable administration fee is required to secure your party time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\"> Call the Y for more details at <span style=\"color: #006b6b;\">217-287-7271<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #20bdbe;\">Private Rentals<\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enjoy access to the Athletic Center, Aquatic Center, and activity spaces when you rent the YMCA for your next gathering! Private rentals are available during non-operating hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Non-Refundable Administration Fee: $1500.00<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Due when party is booked. Date will only be saved once fee is paid. This includes 2 hours of facility and Aquatic Center usage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Each Additional Hour:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$200 (1-150 guests)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$300 (151-250 guests)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The minimum private building rental is 2 hours.
