The Y Sports League would not be successful without the cooperation of volunteers and our generous donors.

The Y thanks all of our volunteer coaches, assistant coaches, and referees that make our Youth Sports League possible.

 

Sports of All Sorts

The Y is proud to offer a multiple sports program.  In this program, children will get the opportunity to play a variety of sports and activities.  The goal is to introduce children to the fundamentals of the games while promoting a healthy lifestyle through fun-filled drills and games.  Sports/Activities included will be soccer, basketball, kickball, track and field and exercise stations.

Dates and Times:

June 9 – July 7, 2022  (Thursdays)

  • Ages 4-6:  10:00-11:00 am
  • Ages 7-9:  11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Rates:

  • Members:    $25.00
  • Non-Members:    $40.00

Bigfoot Boot Camp

The Y needs your help!  All 1-st-4th graders are encouraged to join us in our search for Bigfoot.  Increased sightings have made this search critical.  Participants must be mentally and physically capable of working together as a team in order to embark on this journey to discover Bigfoot.  Children will be challenged to a series of drills and obstacle courses that they will complete in order to get prizes.

Dates and Times:

June 13 – July 13, 2022  (Monday and Wednesday mornings)

  • First & Second Graders:  9:00-10:00 am
  • Third & Fourth Graders:  10:00-11:00 am

Rates:

  • Members:    $25.00
  • Non-Members:    $55.00

The YMCA Youth Sports program emphasize Christian character values by teaching good sportsmanship in a generally non-competitive environment. Being a part of a team helps kids learn social skills & healthy habits, develop responsibility, and build relationships among peers.
