Youth Circuit Training
Personal Trainer, Ricki Castellanos, will lead
participants through a rigorous strength training workout in the youth
wellness center as well as a cardio workout. This is an excellent fitness opportunity
for kids! Winter II Only!

The YMCA
invites all youth members to take part in the Happy Feet Mileage Club. This self paced program is an attempt to
make children more active andhelp combat
childhood obesity. Each child will
be given a chain on which they will accumulate “foot beads” for
each mile walked or ran. There is
not a fee to participate. Get your
children started today!
The Christian County YMCA
offers this league for youth age 4 through 6th grade. The first of 8 games will be played on
Saturday, September 11th.
Practices begin the week of August 16. Participation is free for Y Family Membership
holders.

Challenger Sports
is the #1 soccer camp provider in the United
States and Canada. This year, over 750 British soccer
coaches will mentor more than 150,000 boys and girls in over 2,000 camps
and clinics! Camp will be held June
22 – 26. Check out their

shirt.

Tae Kwon Do
A great activity to do with your family! Harold Gist and Lisa Abernathy teach this
class under the tutelage of Grandmaster Thomas E. Perry. Tae Kwon Do aims to achieve the following
tenets: courtesy, integrity,
perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit.

Center
The Youth
Wellness Center
is for children age 9-14 and is located in the lobby. All machines are designed for youth. Youth interested in utilizing the area
must complete a 30 minutes course.
This course offered weekly @ no additional charge. A card will then be issued to the
participant. The card must be
carried while exercising and shown to YMCA staff upon request.
