Stretch Yourself in More Ways Than One This February
The ancient art of yoga is known to increase flexibility, improve endurance and reduce stress. Guided poses and a focus on controlled, mindful breathing will help people of all exercise levels find balance. Find yourself renewed and revitalized after each and every class. Two different classes are offered on different days and times to best fit our member’s schedules.
Our new instructor, Lindsay Moomey, will be teaching two different classes starting on February 4th and finishing the session on February 28th. Currently, only members are allowed to take this class for $10 a month.

Monday + Wednesday from 10:15 am – 11 am
Tuesday + Thursday from 4:45 pm – 5:30 pm
