walk to raise awareness for the importance of physical activity in daily
life.

Join us for an informational, social program for
Y-Members. Participants will enjoy
fellowship while learning about proper nutrition. The program, lead by Nancy Briggs, Family
Nutrition Program Coordinator at the University
of Illinois Extension Office in Christian County, provides recipes and
healthy choices. Join us for food,
fellowship and fun! Program begins
at 10:30 a.m. on the following dates:

YMCA on the
following dates when you come in to work out. We will have a potluck in the lobby
following morning fitness classes, at 10:15 a.m. Main dish, drinks and table service will
