  • No child is allowed to leave the site with an unauthorized person.  All authorized persons must be listed on the registration form, or we must have written confirmation prior to pick-up time.
  • If you are late picking your child up, a late charge will be assessed of $5.00 per 15-minute interval after 6:00 p.m.  If three late pickups occur, your child may be dismissed for the program.

  • School rules supersede YMCA After School rules when applicable.
  • Please do not send a sick child to a YMCA Child Care program.  If your child develops symptoms while in the custody of YMCA care, we will notify you right away.  If the situation warrants, we will contact emergency personnel as well.

  • Three late charges have occurred;
  • The third discipline offense has been issued;
  • The payments due are not kept current; and/or
